- Studio Creation Data: Song prompts, lyrical texts, genre selections, tempo (BPM) settings, vocal preferences, uploaded reference audio for stems/remixes, and created playlists.
- Transaction & Billing Data: Payment transaction IDs, purchased credit packages, active plan status, and timestamps. All financial data is processed directly by certified payment gateways (Stripe and Plisio); MusiVo does not store sensitive card numbers or private crypto keys.
- Technical & Usage Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser configuration, access timestamps, and error diagnostics.

- AI Audio Synthesis: Processing your text prompts, lyric arrangements, and stem separations through our cloud audio neural engine to deliver studio-quality music tracks.
- Account & Security Management: Verifying email addresses via 6-digit OTP codes, securing login sessions, and detecting unauthorized access.
- Credit & Subscription Tracking: Accurately calculating credit deductions and managing recurring subscription benefits.
- Creator Channels & Social Features: Powering public creator profiles, follower systems, discovery playlists, and track like counters (only for tracks you mark as public).
- Customer Support: Responding to user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and dispatching important platform notifications.
3. Audio Privacy, Track Visibility & External Distribution
MusiVo gives creators complete sovereignty over the visibility of their synthesized music:
- Private Tracks: Tracks designated as private are accessible only to you through your authenticated workspace. They will never appear in public search results or Explore feeds.
- Public Tracks: When you mark a track as public or publish it to your Creator Channel, it becomes discoverable by other artists and community members.
- External Distribution Responsibility: When you export or distribute audio to external services (Spotify, YouTube, TikTok), distribution privacy and compliance are governed by those third-party platforms.
4. Legal Disclosures & Subpoena Compliance
We may disclose your account details, access logs, and creation records if required by law, valid subpoena, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to investigate or defend against copyright infringement claims, fraud, or security threats.
5. Cookies & Local Storage Technologies
We use secure cookies and local storage tokens to provide a seamless studio experience (session cookies, remember me tokens for up to 30 days, and interface preferences).
